28-27.015. Severability

Effective on Sunday, July 20, 1975

1If any one or more of the provisions of these regulations or the application of such provisions to any situation, circumstance or person shall for any reason be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision of these regulations or the application of such regulations to any other situation, circumstance or person.
