28-28.010. Minimum Requirements

Effective on Sunday, July 20, 1975

1The provisions of this Code shall be considered to be minimum requirements for the protection and promotion of the public health, safety, morals and general welfare. Whenever the requirements of this code are at variance with the requirements of any other rules, regulations, or codes, which are a proper exercise of authority of a governmental jurisdiction, the more restrictive standards shall govern.
