28-40.010. Collection Agencies and Loan Servicing Agencies

Effective on Sunday, May 27, 1990

1Nothing in this rule chapter shall be construed to limit or interfere with prior arrangements made by an agency holding educational loans with a collection agent or a loan servicing agent.
