29H-4.0001. Purpose

1The purpose of this Chapter, 29H-4, F.A.C., is to establish rules of procedure for declaratory statement. The 18Council shall follow the Model R24ules of 26P27rocedure, 28Chapter 28-105, F.A.C., 31of the Administration Commission, 35as amended from time to time.
