29C-8. Rules Of Procedure And Practice Pertaining To The Regional Dispute Resolution Process (Rdrp) |
1(1) The initial settlement meeting shall be scheduled and held within forty-five days of the date of receipt of the initiation letter at a time and place convenient to the named parties.
33(2) Additional settlement meetings, mediation or advisory decision-making shall be completed within sixty days of the date of the conclusion of the initial settlement meeting.
58(3) All timeframes specified or agreed to in this process may be shortened or extended if agreed to by a two-thirds majority of the named parties.
84(4) The parties may, by mutual agreement, utilize procedures in the RDRP in any order.
99(5) Where necessary to allow this process to be effectively carried out, named parties should defer or seek stays of judicial or administrative proceedings.
