29C-8.008. Pre-initiation Meeting

Effective on Tuesday, July 12, 1994

1A jurisdiction, organization, group, or individual contemplating initiation of this process must request an informal pre-initiation meeting with the Council staff in order to ascertain whether the potential dispute would be appropriate for this process.
