29D-6.008. Pre-Initiation Meeting

Effective on Tuesday, July 5, 1994

1A jurisdiction, organization, group, or individual contemplating initiation of this process may request an informal pre-initiation meeting with Council staff in order to ascertain whether the potential dispute would be appropriate for this process.
