1There is hereby organized a regional planning council under the authority of chapter 186, F.S., which shall be known as the EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL, consisting of the counties of Brevard, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia. Council headquarters shall be in a central location as determined by a majority vote of the Council. Field offices may be maintained at other locations.
