29F-1.110. Removal from Office

Effective on Wednesday, September 22, 1999

1Should a Council Member have three (3) consecutive absences from regular meetings or miss more than one-half of the regularly scheduled meetings in a calendar year, the Secretary shall so advise the appropriate member government, or the Governor, and request another appointment. Members shall be removed from the Council by the authority which made the appointment only after written notice of such action has been given to the Council.
