29F-1.114. Dissolution

Effective on Wednesday, September 22, 1999

1In the event that the Council is dissolved, any funds remaining on hand belonging to the Council will be repaid to the various member local governments comprising the Council in proportion to their contribution during the year of such dissolution, exclusive of financial obligations incurred by the Council up until the time of dissolution.
