29F-2.104. Conducting Meetings

Effective on Wednesday, November 24, 1999

1(1) All meetings will be conducted by the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson. In the absence of the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, the membership shall select one of its members to conduct the meeting.

32(2) Minutes will be kept of all meetings. Minutes will be taken by a staff member designated by the Executive Director.

53(3) Minutes of the Council, Executive Committee, Finance Committee and other committees will be prepared and distributed by the staff at least 7 days in advance of the next meeting.
