1Final recommendations for a DRI project approval or denial, or identification of conditions or approval in a final DRI report by the Council shall concern only those issues referenced in the Council’s adopted growth policy, “Future of the Region: A Strategic Regional Policy Plan for the Tampa Bay Region”.
