29I-1.008. Responsibilities and Authority

1The Council shall 4exercise all powers granted to regional planning councils, or regional planning agencies by Section 18186.505 F.S., 20and by its Interlocal Agreement dated, November 8, 1973, amended October 28, 1980, incorporated by reference and available from the Council.
