29I-4.007. DRI Review Fee

1The DRI review fee for each DRI application, Florida Quality Development application, substantial deviation application, substantial deviation determination, supplemental plans and reviews identified in a development order requiring regional review or approval and review of each annual report are governed by the provisions of Rule 469J-2.0252, 47F.A.C. (DRI Review Fee Rule).
