1(1) The Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council was designated as the are awide clearinghouse pursuant to United States Office of Management and Budget Circular A-95 for substate District Nine on May 17, 1974.

34(2) The Council’s Clearinghouse Review function addresses projects requiring review under OMB Circular A-95 as well as U.S. Army Corps of Engineers/Department of Environmental Regulation Permits, Environmental Impact Statements, Florida Highway Projects, and Coast Guard Permits.
