29I-7. Regional Dispute Resolution Process |
1(1) The initial settlement meeting shall be scheduled and held within 30 days of the date of receipt of the initiation letter at a time and place convenient to the named parties.
33(2) Additional settlement meetings, mediation, or advisory decision-making shall be completed within 45 days of the date of the conclusion of the initial settlement meeting.
58(3) All time frames specified or agreed to in this process may be altered by mutual agreement of the named parties.
79(4) The parties may, by agreement, utilize procedures in the RDRP in any order.
93(5) Where necessary to allow this process to be carried out effectively, named parties should consider deferring or seeking stays of judicial or administrative proceedings.
