29I-7.009. Situation Assessment

Effective on Tuesday, April 12, 1994

1(1) A jurisdiction, organization, group, or individual may request that the RPC staff or other neutral perform a situation assessment at any time, before or after initiation of the process.

31(2) The situation assessment may involve examination of documents, interviews, and assessment meetings and shall recommend issues to be addressed, parties that may participate, appropriate resolution procedures, and a proposed schedule.
