29I-7.014. Advisory Decision-Making  


Effective on Tuesday, April 12, 1994
  • 1(1) If two or more of the named parties submit a request for advisory decision-making to the Regional Planning Council;

    21(a) The RPC shall assist the parties to select and retain an appropriate neutral;

    35(b) The parties may request that the RPC make the selection; or

    47(c) The parties may request the RPC to provide an advisory opinion at a regularly scheduled or emergency meeting. Parties serving on the Regional Planning Council may excuse themselves from voting on advisories which directly address their jurisdiction.

    85(2) A neutral handling a dispute must understand Florida growth management issues, have appropriate experience, and be acceptable to the parties.

    106(3) The parties shall submit an advisory decision-making report in accordance with subsection 11929I-7.015(4), 120F.A.C., of this process at the conclusion.
