1(1) There shall be no charge for processing a RDRP initiation request and facilitation of the initial settlement meeting. The SFRPC shall be compensated for situation assessments, facilitation of additional settlement meetings, mediation, technical assistance and other staff services at a rate based on reasonable actual costs plus any additional out-of-pocket expenses. Outside professional neutrals shall be compensated at their standard rate or as negotiated by the parties.
69(2) The costs of administration, settlement meetings, mediation or advisory decision-making shall be split equally between the parties or according to another agreed upon allocation. The agreed upon cost allocation shall be documented in a written fee agreement.
