29J-3.008. Pre-initiation Meeting

Effective on Wednesday, August 17, 1994

1A jurisdiction, organization, group, or individual contemplating initiation of this process may request an informal pre-initiation meeting with the SFRPC staff in order to ascertain whether the potential dispute would be appropriate for this process.
