2B-1. Practice And Procedure |
1(1) The following forms and instructions are used by the Commission in its dealings with the public:
18(a) FEC Form 1, entitled “Complaint,” (5/17), which is hereby incorporated by reference and can be obtained from 37http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-0857339. To be utilized by persons wishing to file a complaint alleging a violation of chapter 104 or 106, F.S.
59(b) FEC Form 2, entitled “Additional Complaint Information,” (5/17), which is hereby incorporated by reference and can be obtained from 80http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-0857482. To be utilized by persons wishing to correct the stated grounds of legal insufficiency of a complaint.
