32-1.014. Authority Members and Employees - Ethical Matters

Effective on Wednesday, March 6, 1996

1(1) Authority members and Authority employees shall adhere to the provisions of Section 14112.313, 15Florida Statutes, with regard to standards of conduct for public officers and employees.

28(2) Authority members and employees shall adhere to the provisions of Section 40112.3135, 41Florida Statutes, restricting the employment of relatives.

48(3) Each Authority member shall file a Statement of Financial Interest as required by Section 63112.3145, 64Florida Statutes.
