33-404.201. Operation, Administration, and Designation of Corrections Mental Health Treatment Facilities
1(1) The department is responsible for the operation and administration of corrections mental health treatment facilities, which are established to provide for the treatment of inmates who have a mental disorder requiring intensive mental health treatment at the hospital level.
41(2) The assistant secretary for health services designates mental health treatment facilities at the following institutions:
57(a) Lake Correctional Institution (males);
62(b) Suwannee Correctional Institution (males);
67(c) Reception and Medical Center (males); and,
74(d) Florida Women’s Reception Center (females).
