34-12.015. Prohibitions  


Effective on Thursday, June 15, 2006
  • 1(1) No lobbyist or principal shall make, directly or indirectly, and no agency official or employee shall knowingly accept, directly or indirectly, any expenditure made for the purpose of lobbying.

    31(2) No person shall provide compensation for lobbying to any individual or business entity that is not a lobbying firm.

    51(3) No person who is a “lobbyist” as defined in Section 62112.3215(1)(h), F.S., 64and this rule chapter may lobby an agency until such person has registered as a lobbyist with the Commission.
