34-12.030. Computation of Time

Effective on Sunday, June 28, 1998

1In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by these rules, by order of a presiding officer, or by any applicable statute, the time period shall be calculated in accordance with Rule 3428-106.103, 35F.A.C.
