34-15.0035. Delegation of Authority

Effective on Tuesday, July 28, 1998

1The Commission hereby delegates to its investigators the authority to administer oaths and affirmations, delegates the authority to issue subpoenas to its chair and, in the absence or unavailability of the chair, to its vice chair, and authorizes its employees to serve any subpoena issued under the Commission’s authority.
