34-17.011. Notification of Manner of Disposition

Effective on Sunday, November 24, 2013

1Upon the Commission’s ordering a public hearing of a referral or a public report, as provided in Rule 1934-17.010, 20F.A.C., the Executive Director shall so notify the referring agency and the respondent in writing. The referring agency also shall be provided with a copy of the report of investigation and of the Advocate’s written recommendation.
