34-9.016. Final Action

Effective on Tuesday, July 28, 1998

1Adoption by the Commission of findings and recommendations for disciplinary action shall constitute final Commission action. The final order shall be signed by the Chair and shall be transmitted by mail to the petitioner and to the proper disciplinary official or body as provided by Section 47112.324, F.S.
