37-3.002. Notice of Proceeding, and the Proposed Rules (Repealed)

Effective on Sunday, May 27, 2012

1(1) Except as provided in Rule 737-3.007, 8F.A.C., prior notice of adoption, amendment or repeal of a rule shall be given as provided in Section 26120.54, F.S., 28and to such other persons as the Council may direct.

38(2) Prior to any notice of a rule adoption, amendment or repeal, a draft of the proposed rules shall be prepared and be available to the public.
