40B-2.101. Content of Application

Effective on Monday, March 24, 2014

1Applications for permits required by this chapter shall be filed with the District and contain the following:

18(1) The information specified in Section 24373.229, F.S.;

26(2) The appropriate application form incorporated by reference in Rule 3640B-2.041, 37F.A.C., which is available at District headquarters and on the District’s website at www.mysuwanneeriver.com.

51(3) Best available technical and other supporting information sufficient to demonstrate that the use meets the conditions for issuance as specified in subsection 74373.223(1), F.S. 76and Rule 7840B-2.301, 79F.A.C. Any supporting information or calculations required to be prepared by a professional regulated under Florida law shall bear the certification of such professional.
