40D-21.571. Method of Withdrawal Classifications

Effective on Sunday, April 9, 2006

1Each water user may be classified by one or more of the following methods of withdrawal classes:

18(1) Surface Waters:
21(a) Pump,

23(b) Gravity Flow;

26(2) Ground Waters:
29(a) Artesian Well,

32(b) Pumped Well.
