40A-21.531. Source Classes

Effective on Sunday, March 29, 1992

1(1) Each user may be classified according to ground or surface sources of water as described in Rule 1940A-2.501, 20F.A.C.

21(2) Those users who are required to obtain a Consumptive Use Permit under the provisions of Chapter 40A-2, F.A.C., will be assigned a source classification at the time the permit is issued.
