40A-21.571. Method of Extraction or Diversion Classes

1Each water user shall be identified by one or more of the following methods of extraction or withdrawal classes.

20(1) Surface Waters:
23(a) Pump,

25(b) Gravity flow,

28(c) Siphon.

30(2) Ground Waters:
33(a) Flowing artesian well,

37(b) Pumped well.
