1All permits shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days. If construction, repair or abandonment is not completed within that time, the District shall extend the permit for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days provided the conditions of the original permit application have not changed. Public water supply well permits may be renewed for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of permit issuance (in increments of ninety days per renewal request only). The District must receive a written request for an extension from the permittee or permittee’s agent before the original permit expires.
