40A-3.529. Flowing Wells

Effective on Thursday, January 9, 1986

1If the well flows at land surface, a valve shall be provided and maintained for controlling the discharge from the well. For newly constructed wells, the responsibility for controlling the discharge from the well becomes the owner’s upon the water well contractor’s submission of a well completion report to the District.
