40A-3.952. Violations

Effective on Tuesday, August 1, 1989

1(1) Violations for purposes of this Part IV shall mean the failure of any licensee or his agents or employees to comply with the provisions of Chapter 373, F.S., Chapter 40A-3, 62-531, 62-532 or 62-555, F.A.C.

37(2) A licensee will be notified of any violation according to the procedures specified in Chapter 62-531, F.A.C., herein adopted by reference.
