40B-1.135. Delegations of Authority

Effective on Monday, January 29, 2001

1(1) The District is delegated authority by the Department of Environmental Protection to assume certain responsibilities of Chapter 373, F.S. This delegation, general to the Water Management Districts, is pursuant to authority contained in Sections 36373.016 37and 38373.103, F.S., 40and is described in Rule 4562-113.200, 46Chapters 62-532 and 62-550, F.A.C.

51(2) The exercise of delegated authority by the Board, or any person designated by the Board as its agent, includes all the jurisdiction, powers, and authority conferred by law upon the District.
