40B-21.531. Source Classifications

Effective on Sunday, July 30, 2006

1Each 2water 3user shall be classified according to one or more of the following sources of water:

18(1) Surfacewater sources:
21(a) Name of specific surfacewater source;

27(b) Basin;

29(c) Sub-basin.

31(2) Groundwater Sources:
34(a) Floridan aquifer;

37(b) Secondary artesian aquifer;

41(c) Water table aquifer.

45(3) Reclaimed Water:
48(a) Wastewater;

50(b) Stormwater.
