40B-21.571. Method of Withdrawal Classifications

Effective on Sunday, July 30, 2006

1Each 2water 3user shall be identified by one or more of the following method of withdrawal classes:

18(1) Surface waters:
21(a) Pump;

23(b) Gravity flow.

26(2) Ground waters:
29(a) Artesian well;

32(b) Pumped well.
