40B-3.051. Exemptions

Effective on Tuesday, October 18, 2022

1The following wells are exempt from the requirements of Rule 1140B-3.041, 12F.A.C.:

13(1) A well constructed, repaired, or abandoned solely for the purpose of a test hole, as defined in subsection 3240B-3.021(21), 33F.A.C.

34(2) Wells constructed, repaired, or abandoned for the purpose of temporary dewatering.
