40B-4. Works Of The District Permits |
1The implementation dates of this chapter are as follows:
10(1) April 1, 1986 for paragraph 1640B-4.1040(1)(a) 17and Rule 1940B-4.3040, 20F.A.C., which require persons to obtain a work of the district permit if the proposed development is in one of the following areas adopted as a work of the district.
50(a) The Alapaha River and its floodway in Hamilton County, Florida;
61(b) The Aucilla River and its floodway in Jefferson, Madison, or Taylor counties, Florida;
75(c) The Suwannee River or its floodway in Columbia, Hamilton, Lafayette, Madison, or Suwannee counties, Florida; or
92(d) The Withlacoochee River and its floodway in Hamilton or Madison counties, Florida.
105(2) July 1, 1986 for paragraph 11140B-4.1040(1)(a) 112and Rule 11440B-4.3040, 115F.A.C., which require persons to obtain a work of the district permit if the proposed development is in one of the following areas adopted as a work of the district.
145(a) The Santa Fe River and its floodway in Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Gilchrist, Suwannee, or Union counties, Florida; or
164(b) The Suwannee River and its floodway in Dixie, Gilchrist, or Levy counties, Florida.
