40C-1.1001. Applicability of the Uniform Rules of Procedure

Effective on Tuesday, August 4, 1998

1Except as otherwise provided, the Uniform Rules of Procedure, Chapters 28-101 through 28-110, F.A.C., shall apply to the District.
