40C-1.715. Qualification of Firms

Effective on Monday, June 17, 1991

1District staff shall determine the relative ability of each interested firm to perform the services required for the project based on the factors in subsection 2640C-1.714(2), 27F.A.C. After reviewing the letters of interest, District staff shall select no less than three firms deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the required design-build services and request those firms to provide proposals for the project.
