1(1) The Executive Director or designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, provided such action is done in good faith, and is not arbitrary and capricious.
30(2) If the Executive Director or designee finds it necessary to reject all the proposals, a written statement to this effect shall be placed in the proposal file and the proposers shall be notified. The District then may republish the request for qualifications, with any appropriate modifications at the direction of the Executive Director or designee. Any interested firm will have the opportunity to submit or resubmit its qualifications to the District for consideration.
