40C-1. Organization And Procedure |

1If the Executive Director or designee determines in writing that an immediate danger to the public health, safety, welfare or other substantial loss to the public requires emergency action, the District staff may proceed with the procurement of the design-build services without competition. The Executive Director or designee shall promptly notify the Board Chair or Vice-Chair of the emergency action.
