40C-21. The Water Shortage Plan |
Effective on Thursday, August 23, 2018
1(1) The rules in this chapter comprise the District’s water shortage plan required under section 16373.246(1), F.S., 18and include restrictions pursuant to section 24373.175, F.S.
26(2) These rules apply to all water uses including those exempt from permitting pursuant to chapter 40C-2, F.A.C., with the exception of the domestic use of water as defined in section 57373.019(6), F.S., 59and users whose sole source of water is reclaimed water or seawater.
