1(1) The District will seek the cooperation and assistance of state, county and municipal government officials, including law enforcement agencies, in accordance with section 25373.609, F.S., 27to facilitate the enforcement of any order issued pursuant to this chapter. Counties and municipalities in an area affected by a Water Shortage order are authorized and encouraged to adopt ordinances which provide for local enforcement of such order.
66(2) In enforcing the provisions of any water shortage order issued pursuant to this chapter, the District may utilize any of the enforcement remedies available pursuant to chapter 120 or 373, F.S. or chapter 40C-1, F.A.C.
