40C-44.011. Scope

Effective on Tuesday, October 1, 2013

1(1) An individual environmental resource permit under this chapter will be required for the maintenance and operation of certain existing agricultural surface water management systems as defined herein, and the construction of certain new agricultural surface water management systems.

40(2) Agricultural operations which are required to obtain an environmental resource permit pursuant to Chapter 62-330, F.A.C., shall satisfy the requirements of the District in terms of the quality of water discharged from the system, by implementing the performance standards and water quality practices described in this chapter.
