40C-9.140. Hiking

Effective on Sunday, January 16, 1994

1Hiking is allowed on District Lands except in areas restricted by signs. For the purposes of this subsection, hiking shall include jogging, bird watching, or any other activity where travel is by foot only and does not involve another activity described in this chapter.
