1Dogs, cats, and other domestic animals of a similar nature, excluding horses, are allowed on District Lands provided that such animals must be leashed at all times. Domestic animals are allowed unleashed on District Lands if they are specifically authorized as part of an approved hunting program or authorized by a Special Use Authorization or District Lease.
